Completed a degree of Doctor of Technology: Organisational Leadership from the Tshwane University of Technology. The research thesis titled, “A Validated Framework for Transformation Leadership, Talent Acquisition and Retention of Engineers at an Energy Provider in South Africa” completes the doctoral project.

Have published an academic article in the SAJHRM titled, “An analysis of transformational leadership, talent acquisition and talent retention of engineers at an energy provider in South Africa”.

Achieved an MBA degree from MANCOSA with a dissertation titled, “An Investigation on Causes of Turnover Intent at the Competition Commission SA”.

Concluded Honours BAdmin (Industrial & Organisational Psychology) and BAdmin (Public Administration & Industrial Psychology) from UNISA; Post Grad. Dip. in Labour Law from GIMT.

Obtained the Prosci Change Management Certificate, Post. Grad. Certificate in Compeition Law; and Certificate in Outcome-based Monitoring, Evaluation & Implementation from University of Pretoria.

I have lead HR Strategy design & implementation, Industrial Relations Strategy design and execution, Talent Management, Organisational Development/Effectiveness, Change Management, Organisational Transformation, Designing and Systemitising Organisational Culture, Leadership Development, Succession Planning Management, Employee Engagement, Strategic Workforce Profile, Employee Well-being, CCMA and Bargaining Council arbitrations; Salary/wage & retrenchment negotiations and so forth.

I am a former Advisory Board Member of the Vaal University of Technology’ s Human Resource Management Department.
